We founded Étude Immobilière d'Aix with one conviction: selling a high-value property is a matter of wealth management advice, not just listing distribution.
The study supports a deliberately limited number of owners each year. This choice allows us to dedicate the time, budget, and discretion that each property demands. We work on private mansions in the historic center as well as bastides in North Aix, villas in Le Tholonet, or family homes in Venelles.
Our values hold in four words: discretion, rigor, transparency, results. We refuse mandates that we cannot defend, and we say so from the very first meeting.
