What happens after submitting my project?

Your criteria create a confidential search monitored by the agency. You immediately receive a secure access link to your buyer area, showing properties already matched to your project.

Every new signed mandate is automatically compared to your search: if there is a sufficient match, you are notified by email before any publication on property portals.

Do I need to create an account with a password?

No. Access to the buyer area is via a secure link sent to your email address: a one-time token, valid for a few minutes, opens your space directly.

You can then set a password from your space if you prefer a traditional login.

Can I view a property without having submitted a project?

Yes. Online appointment booking is open to everyone: you choose an actual available slot with the advisor in charge of the property, then you can specify your project after confirmation.

What is a property presented before public listing?

Some owners request discreet marketing. These properties are not published on portals: they are presented first to buyers whose project matches precisely.

Is my information confidential?

Your criteria and contact details are only accessible to the agency's advisors. You can request their rectification or erasure at any time.
